The Gallatin River Task Force (GRTF) provides rebates and resources to help community members create water-wise landscapes. We offer cash rebates for the following water-saving devices and landscape upgrades:

  • Irrigation audits
  • Weather-based smart controllers
  • Sprinkler spray bodies
  • Drip irrigation equipment
  • Turf conversion

The Gallatin River Task Force (GRTF) partners with our greater community to lead conservation and inspire stewardship of the Gallatin River Watershed. Since 2016, the GRTF’s Big Sky Water Conservation Program has helped residents and businesses actively engage in water conservation saving over 11.9 million gallons of water.

Grow Wild

Grow Wild works to conserve native species in the Upper Gallatin Watershed through education, habitat restoration, and collaborative land stewardship. Since 2014, Grow Wild has assisted over 1,000 landowners by providing the tools and resources to manage noxious weeds and conserve native plants to restore ecological health.
